How to Order

Once you have decided on the items that you require please email these to us using the form within the "Enquiry / Quotation" section of this website. We will then email back to you a full quote. If this is acceptable and you wish to go ahead with an order simply call us on 01283 740004 to proceed. We are available on this number from 9am - 5pm Monday - Saturday. Please ask for either Carl Oakton or Peter Haynes.

We will then book the order details on one of our booking forms, a copy of this will be posted (or emailed as a jpeg) to you once the deposit has been received. This acts as an order confirmation, receipt for deposit & invoice all in one.

We ask for a 20% deposit of the order value which we accept either in cash, debit or credit card at our two stores or via a cheque which can be posted to us. Any cheques should be made payable to "HAYNES FURNISHERS".

All balances are required to be paid to Haynes Furnishers on delivery. Once again cash, cheque or a debit / credit card. If the payment is via a debit / credit card please note that our delivery men will request that they phone the payment through to the office from your home.
